About Us

Ndidali Quantity Surveyors is fully aware of the fact that a project does not only consist of a quantity surveying component, but that financial-, social- and environmental aspects play a major role in planning.

We therefore adopt a holistic approach towards projects, incorporating the following five steps:

  • Establishing and defining the particular requirements in close collaboration with the Client and other parties involved.
  • Formulating alternative solutions in terms of affordable standards, bearing in mind the availability of funds.
  • Evaluating the alternatives, once again in collaboration with the Client and other parties involved, and selecting the optimum solution.
  • Implementing the selected solution within the constraints of available time and money.
  • Monitoring the implemented solution and ensuring that it conforms to the Clients’ expectations.
